International Training Course

Change Lab is an intensive international training course designed for teachers who wish to reflect on their professional path and strengthen both personal and pedagogical competences.
The programme focuses on practical tools supporting professional growth, effective communication and sustainable work-life balance. Participants will explore structured reflection methods, elements of coaching methodology, goal-setting strategies and tools for building positive professional habits.
The course also addresses key contemporary challenges in education, including inclusive practice, communication with parents, responsible use of social media and the teacher’s role as a leader and role model.
The training is delivered in an interactive workshop format, combining group work, real-life case discussions and practical exercises. The programme includes a visit to a local Portuguese school, offering participants insight into the local educational context.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance documenting their professional development.
